For this recipe you’ll need:
•600ml water •1tsp salt •100gr TVP (textured vegetable protein) •3tbsp soy sauce •1tbsp vinegar •1/2 red chili pepper (about 5gr) •2 garlic cloves •1tsp ginger powder •1/2tsp pepper •1tsp paprika powder •2tsp tomato paste •1tsp onion powder •3tbsp water sunflower oil (enough to cover the bottom of a large pan)
Add the tsp of salt to the 600ml of water and bring this to a boil. Once this boils turn of the stove and add the TVP pieces to this. Cover the pan with a lid and let this soak for 10 minutes so the TVP pieces can rehydrate.
