We have talked several times about joint and muscle pain, leg cramps and restless leg syndrome. These are conditions whose symptoms, during the night, can worsen and prevent us from sleeping.
Restless leg syndrome is a neurological disorder that causes unpleasant sensations in the legs,
but conditions such as kidney failure, alcohol abuse and certain types of drugs have been associated with it.
Leg cramps are also a common problem during the night.
In this regard, taking a warm bath before going to sleep and drinking plenty of water can help prevent both disorders.
