Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, mix together the sour cream, cream of chicken soup, shredded chicken, Ranch seasoning mix, 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese, and the crumbled bacon until well combined.
Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish. Spread the chicken and biscuit mixture evenly into the dish.
Sprinkle the remaining 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese over the top of the mixture.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-35 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
