Prep the Ingredients:

Cut all vegetables and chicken into thin, even strips for quick and even cooking.

Cook the Chicken:

Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the chicken strips, season with salt and pepper, and stir-fry for 5–6 minutes until fully cooked. Remove and set aside.

Stir-Fry the Vegetables:

In the same pan, add the remaining oil.

Sauté the garlic and onion for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.

Add carrots and stir-fry for 2–3 minutes.

Combine & Season:

Return the chicken to the pan.

Pour in the soy sauce and stir everything together. Cook for another 1–2 minutes.

Adjust seasoning if needed.

Garnish with sesame seeds (if using).
