– 1 large carrot
– 2 garlic cloves
– 4-5 eggs
– 3 processed cheese squares
– 1 green apple (tart-sweet variety)
– 70 grams hard cheese (Cheddar or Gouda)
– Mayonnaise
Prepare the Ingredients:
1. Peel and finely grate the carrot.
2. Mince the garlic cloves.
3. Hard boil the eggs, then cool them in cold water. Peel and separate the yolks from the whites, grating each separately.
4. Grate the processed cheese squares and the hard cheese.
5. Peel and grate the green apple.
Chill and Serve:
– Cover the salad and refrigerate for at least an hour to let the flavors blend beautifully.
