6. Bake the Farmer’s Casserole in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the center is set. To check for doneness, insert a toothpick into the center of the casserole – it should come out clean.
7. Once the casserole is cooked through, remove it from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
