Pork Rub
¼ cup brown sugar
1 tbsp sea salt
2 tsp black pepper
2 tsp smoked paprika
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp onion powder
1 tsp ground mustard
½ tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp dried oregano
Instructions:
Store in an airtight container in a cool dark place for up to 6 months.
