Its use is little known and few people know what this specific part of the hat is actually used for. It is precisely for this reason that it is generally thrown away and we do not think about keeping it, because its true usefulness is unknown.

You need to put the small piece you removed back into the oil bottle.
As already mentioned, the small piece that you removed from the cap must be put back into the bottle. Before putting it on, take the ring between your index finger and thumb, press lightly and place the ring on the bottom of the oil bottle first.

As you can see on the bottle, there is an opening inside, where you need to pass the ring. The opening is quite large and is surrounded by numerous plastic parts arranged in a radial pattern. If the bottle is used as is, the oil comes out in large quantities.
